Pipetting Academy™ - Service Module
As part of the Pipetting Academy Advanced Seminars, you can select a module specifically on how to correctly service and maintain your pipettes.
The pipette service module covers the different pipetting standards applicable to different environments, depending on the level of reliability and traceability that is required for each liquid handling application. It outlines the different compliance requirements for GLP/GMP (FDA) or Regulated (ISO 17025) environments as well as the basic requirements for any laboratory per ISO 8655.
The training also details the end-user's responsibility for the maintenance of pipettes and how to keep their instruments in an optimal condition between service and calibration cycles. It has been written to equip the end-user with the required knowledge to be able to design and implement a suitable standard operating procedure for the regular service, calibration and maintenance of their pipettes.
